Article Title
Abstract
This article scientifically analyzes the necessity, relevance, goals and objectives of creating the concept of a future teacher on the example of literary education. A conceptual model was proposed. On a scientific basis, the system of educating the personality of the future teacher, its principles, methods, personal and professional competencies and the teaching staff is developed and described. The article reveals the concept of a future teacher. The professionogram of the future teacher's personality develops and scientifically substantiates his personal qualities, the level of professional knowledge, professional qualities, personal and pedagogical aptitude, communication skills, gnostic skills, creative qualities, as well as didactic, academic, perceptual, speech, organizational, authoritarian, and communicative abilities.
