The article studies phraseological borrowings within cultural linguistics is of considerable interest and gives a great linguistic material. The analysis of the author considers and describes the original and borrowed phraseological units and phrasemes. The origin, national cultural specifics, phraseological borrowing, phrasemes and their use in speech are analyzed. The ability of phraseology to serve as one of the sources of information national - cultural nature, as well as the problem of mutual influence languages and cultures, which is gaining in importance as a result expansion of comprehensive international contacts, condition the feasibility of researching various concepts and values on phraseological material in several languages. The author introduces every nation’s inherent idea of good and evil, beautiful and terrible, etc. According to the research, the system of values, characteristic of a particular culture, expressed in phraseological fund of a particular language and is part of the overall picture of the world.
