In recent years, the number of basic hygiene requirements for special-purpose shoes has increased the requirements for ensuring the comfortable properties of shoes. All these requirements for shoes are directly related to the materials of the upper and lining, as well as to the internal materials of the bottom of the shoe. These materials are in direct contact with the foot and the hygienic properties of the latter form the properties of the shoe itself. Currently, a number of high-tech composite materials are used as cushioning materials for the manufacture of leather products, characterized by a variety of means and methods for their preparation. The article analyzes the innovative technologies in the production of composite lining materials, which made it possible to determine the composition and methods of joining the compositions, the manufacturing technology and methods of fixing to fabrics, which allows programming special properties that meet environmental requirements when designing a product
