Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the production of recovered fiber from waste from a sewing production for using pinch machine of “SHANDONG SHUNXING MACHINERY” farm at “EUROAZIA ALLIANCE TEX” JV. To optimize the diameters of the supplying cylinders of the pinch machine, when the patterns dissociating. The studies were carried out using the D-optimal Bock plan. The dependence of the staple length of the fibers, the number of non-fiber parts of the patterns and waste on the diameter of the supplying cylinder of the pinch machine during dissociation sewing knitted patterns were studied. To analyze the process, a multifactorial regression of mathematical model (MRMM) was obtained. In order to solve the MATHCAD program and determine the optimal parameters of the supplying cylinder, PC were based which ensure the preservation of the quality of the fibers when the patterns are patterned. The optimal filling parameters of the pinch machine are determined by the mathematical design of the experiments, that is, optimal results can be obtained if the cylinder diameters are d1 = 77 mm, d2 = 55,7 mm
