Abstract

This article presents the roughness model, the surface due to the maturation of cotton fiber, with a new theoretical idea - taking into account the crimpiness of cotton fibers, which is the basis for improving and further developing the process of mathematical modeling of the friction interaction of the considered tribo-conjugation. In the article “cotton and its elements”: intense damage to the fiber in a collision with various technological aspects of materials; based on the analysis of the laws of natural quality degradation due to crushing of seeds, the main factor which is mechanical damage to the fiber and the number of actual contact surfaces (ACS), the mechanism of modeling processes is studied. Engineering: Engineering and Materials: Basic sciences in the textile industry 2 Textile Journal of Uzbekistan №2/2019 In particular, a new theoretical idea was proposed, based on an analysis of the process of mathematical modeling of actual contact surfaces of technological equipment with a frictional contact of cotton — a model for calculating the surface roughness of cotton fiber. Based on the theoretical results, a computer program was developed, quantitative and qualitative factors affecting the mechanical damage of the fiber were investigated, and the use of effective heterocomposite polymeric materials (HCPM) was proposed.
