Abstract

This article presents the research results on indicating an impact of fabric formation phases to the moving ability of warp and weft yarns in fabric structure. The significant impact of the factor of fabric formation phase on the moving ability of threads in fabric is proved with the setting the analytical dependence of indices of warp and weft moving ability at the single woven interlacing from the one of important parameters of the fabric formation phase – the height of flexural waves of these threads. Correlations connecting the values of moving ability of warp Engineering Science and Materials: Technology of cotton and textile industry 2 Textile Journal of Uzbekistan №1/2019 and weft yarns at the single interlacing and height of flexural waves in fabric for random fabric formation phase are derived. On the basis of this analytical correlation it is shown that the higher a height of flexural waves of warp, the higher an input of weft into the moving ability in interlacing, and the higher a height of flexural waves of weft, the higher an input of warp into the moving ability in interlacing
