The article discusses the possibilities of technological equipment for the production of high-quality cotton bandage medical non-sterile with low retractability using a shortened texnological chain on a FITTEX machine. Tests have been carried out to determine the Engineering Science and Materials: Technology of cotton and textile industry 2 Textile Journal of Uzbekistan №1/2019 optimal variant for obtaining a new sample of the bandage with a surface density of 53,5 g / m2 due. For this purpose, 4 study options were considered: I.Increasing the number of up to two weft threads, laid in the development of a bandages new sample. II.Increasing the number of up to three or more threads, laid in the development of a bandages new sample. III.Reduction of teeth of gears of the mechanism regulating the number of loops by 10 cm on the basis and the use of yarns with a density of 20 tex VI.Reduction of teeth of gears of the mechanism regulating the number of loops by 10 cm on the basis and the use of yarns with a density of 18,5 tex At then results of studies the optimal version of the bandage with a surface density of 53,5 g/m2 is obtained. Thus, if the weight of one bandage of the previous structure with a size of 5mx10cm was 26,35g, then according to the new structure, the same bandage became 25,68 grams. With each bandage,0,67g of yarn was saved, and ultimately it is added to the saving of raw materials and the bandage of the new sample became cheaper
