The article presents an analytical analysis of the structural features of the working organs of the saw gin. The analysis of the factors influencing the technological indicators of the cause of ginning is given. The scheme and principle of the design of a new composite grate with elements vibrating plates is given. The results of comparative tests of the laboratory apparatus 1DL-10 equipped with contact surfaces with vibrating plates are presented. They аre analyzed technological factors and are brought necessary recommendation.
