Abstract

The article is devoted to the fact that on the Zinser 350 machine with the Rotorcraft compact RoCoS device, the OSBORNtextil plant has developed a compact melange yarn and was compared with its quality and parameters of the usual factory yarn. When carrying out a study to produce a 20-tex (Ne = 30) yarn with a carded spinning system, the number of twisting yarn was 800 kr / meter and the spindle rotation frequency was 14000 min-1. From the received samples of yarn, the knitted cloth "Lastik" is developed. The physical and mechanical properties of yarn and knitted fabric from ordinary yarn with properties of melange yarn and cloth are compared. According to the results of the research, it is established that compact melange yarn and the product produced from it are competitive in all quality indicators.
