In this article the models of coorporate governance of joint-stock companies in the developed and economically developed countries of the world are examined and analyzed. The main mechanisms of the coorporative management system have been identified, which should serve to stimulate the effective use of available resources and strictly demand accountability in the management of these resources. The aim is to maximally reconcile the interests of the corporate system "individual + company + society". At the same time, the coorporative management system is considered by the organizational model, which is designed, on the one hand, to regulate the relationship between managers of companies and their owners, on the other hand providing the goals of various stakeholders, ensuring the effective functioning of companies
