Abstract

The article scientifically substantiates the innovative development of rural infrastructure in the context of the activation of innovative processes in agriculture. A conceptual model of the formation and development of the innovative infrastructure of the agricultural sector has been developed, taking into account the conditions and factors of innovation policy in Uzbekistan. And also, the effect of innovation infrastructure in agriculture has been examined from the point of view of the state and the local government, economic entities of agriculture, and also objects of innovation infrastructure and assessed by types of strategic, economic and social effects. Based on the types of effect, a methodology for calculating technical, technological, biological, economic, social and environmental efficiency has been developed.
