Abstract

In the article, based on the basic law of point dynamics with non-ideal connection of theoretical mechanics, the speed of the car movement on each section of the descending part of the marshalling hump. A generalized model of the speed of the car at the calculated point of the marshalling hump is obtained. This model made it possible to calculate the instantaneous values of the speed of the car from the top of the hill to the calculated point in a continuous mode. This made it possible to speed up the process of plotting changes in accelerations, speeds, and time of movement of the car.
