The paper analyzes the current state of obtaining information at a certain point in time of the carriage model of the road, and processing incoming data. According to the research results, the time of receipt of primary information from the information and computer center of the society and data processing was determined, both by the traditional method and by the method using information and communication technologies. And also, comparisons of the results are made. An algorithm for obtaining and processing information in real time has been developed. Practical recommendations on building a service for integration with an automated system for the operational management of transportation are offered.
