The article presents the results of processing and analysis of video data of the timing of the work shift of train dispatchers of the Single Dispatch Center of JSC "Uzbekistan Temir Yollari". A diagram of the distribution of work shift time in three characteristic poses is constructed. Train dispatchers 57% of the shift time when doing work are in a sitting pose, 21% in a sitting-standing pose, 9% are in a standing pose and 13% for other work on demand. Based on the results of the video timing, taking into account the anthropometric parameters of a person, the dimensions of the elements of the workplace (chair and desktop) will be substantiated, which can significantly reduce the static loads on the joints and soft tissue of the musculoskeletal system of the train dispatcher.
