Abstract

The study of the load current-voltage characteristics of a solar photovoltaic module based on a polycrystalline semiconductor binary compound Cu (In, Ga) Se2 under normal sunlight Рrad = (800 ± 5) W/m2, in a temperature range of (32÷60) оС. It was found that with an increase in temperature, the efficiency of the solar photovoltaic module first decreases from 10.77% to 10.65%, and then increases to 10.97%, and the coefficient of temperature dependence of the efficiency in these regions differs and have values КEff1 ≈ - 0.18 % /К, and КEff2 ≈ + 0.13% /К.
