Abstract
Analytical equations are obtained that describe the influence of technological and material parameters on the temperature sensitivity of the diode temperature sensor with a depleted base region proposed by the authors and for conventional diode temperature sensors. Based on a comparative analysis, it is shown that the proposed structure has a significant competitive advantage in improving the measuring accuracy compared to conventional ones.
