Abstract
This paper describes the manufacturing process of silicon semiconductor coordinate-sensitive nuclear radiation detectors with a sensitive area of 50×50×2 mm with 8 current-carrying bands and studies the effects of equalizing drift on their volt-ampere characteristics.
