The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the influence of alkali metals on the transfer of charge carriers in granular silicon with increasing temperature. A change in the polarity of the voltage and the direction of the current is detected when a certain temperature is reached, an effect previously observed in heated transitionless samples of polycrystalline silicon also doped with alkali metals and explained by the joint manifestation of processes of emission and capture of charge carriers in deep energy states
