The mass-charge and energy distributions of ions of a two-element laser plasma, in which oxygen ions are scattered along with the metal ions Ce, Se, Tm, Yb, Eu, Lu, are experimentally obtained. It is shown that, regardless of the nature of the investigated two-element target, the obtained mass spectra clearly show oxygen ion peaks in various ionized states. The maximum intensities and multiplicity of the charge (Zmax = 2) of oxygen ions in a two-element plasma are formed at q = 100 GW / cm2 and in a relatively low-energy energy range (E≤ 40-120 eV).
