The chromatographic retention derivatives of pyrimidinone and isoquinoline was studied under conditions of reversed-phase HPLC variant. The retention factors were determined for different eluent compositions (CH3CN, CH3OH, and H2O). The dependence of retention on the concentration of an organic modifier in the mobile phase was studied. The applicability of known retention models to the studied chromatographic systems has been established.
