Abstract
Studies have revealed that children with CHD complicated by PH in the postoperative period is associated with an increase in tidal volume and pressure in the pulmonary circulation. Respiratory support and the introduction of kardiotropic drugs can reduce pulmonary pressures by 35 % in the postoperative period. Conducting prolonged mechanical lung ventilation in children with PH is of great medicinal value. This technique allows to compensate for level of systemic and pulmonary pressures, which has a positive effect on the overall condition of patients and shortens the period of hospitalization.
