When prescribing drugs to children should be tailored to suit the child’s body. It is known that the child’s body, especially a new born, has some differences from the adult organism, which determines the kinetics and dynamics of drugs, is quantitative and qualitative deviations from the activity of drugs in adults. Lack of relevant knowledge is the cause of the large number of different complications of drug therapy in children.
