138 patients were examined at the clinical base of the Bukhara State Medical Institute, in the Bukhara City Clinical Hospital. All patients, taking into account the method of treatment, are conditionally divided into two groups. The I group included 72 patients who used the traditional method of treatment. In group II, 66 patients were treated with a 25% solution of Dimexide in the treatment complex. The results of a comparative analysis of the dynamics of biochemical parameters, the speed of cleansing, wound healing and the period of stay in the hospital treatment of the examined patients of different groups showed the optimal effectiveness of the use in the treatment of purulent-necrotic processes of soft tissues and sanation of purulent wounds with Dimexidum solution, which accelerated the healing phases and reduced stationary stay for 2-3 days.
