The developed method of the early forced substitution of nutrients by the parenteral and enteral route of administration for deeply prematurely children with very low and extremely low body weight allows to achieve fetal physical development indicators, prevent marked deficiency of postnatal growth, reduce the frequency of broncho-pulmonary dysplasia, retinopathy and, thereby, to reduce the length of hospital stay by 10.4 days, and the cost of nursing one child - by 17.8%.
