The article presents the results of studies of 104 patients with cardiomyopathies hospitalized in cardioreumatology departments of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Pediatrics in the city of Tashkent and the Republican Children’s Multidisciplinary Medical Center of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Analysis of the research results showed that in children with cardiomyopathies, the level of interleukins depends on the degree of HF and the clinical course of cardiomyopathies depends on the level of immunological parameters. diastolic size of the concentration of IL-1, the final diastolic volume of the level of IL-8 and the inverse relationship between the parameter of the ejection fraction and IL-6. It was revealed that in the development and progression of chronic heart failure in children with cardiomyopathies, the predictive value has a decrease in the concentration of IL-1, IL-6 and IL-8 in blood serum.
