The article deals with the data on significance of neurospecific factors: neurospecific enolase (NSE), neurotrophic factor of brain (BDNF) and vasculoendothelial factor of vessels (VEGF). It showed that complex determination of level for neurospecific factors in blood serum at prematures with hypoxic damages of CNS were informative for nearest prognosis disease and long-term prognosis of organic CNS damage development in children.
