The taken results of studies showed that lb and la genotypes caused more expressed necrotic and inflammatory process in hepatocytes. This fact proved the more aggressive antigenic and pathogenic properties of lb and la genotypes in comparison with 2a, 3a and lb +3a genotypes HCV.
