Unlike considerable success of physiology and pharmacology for pain the clinicians have no tool for objective evaluation of painful feeling till nowardays. The article deals with the study of interconnections between preoperative pain sensivity with prick of finger and venepuncure, expressed pain after operation. 60 patient from 4to 16 years old were divided into two groups. The character pain sensitivity was assested in all children by visual analogy scale before surgery, after awaking in 1 hour and 3 hours after awaking, and, in 1 day after surgery. Psychological status of patient was assessed by integration anxious rest neurotic desordes questionnaire and type of attitude to the disease questionnaire . All patiens were assessed by 70 criteria. Results of the study showed that postoperative pain syndrome was affected by different psychophysiological factors. Therefore, it was difficult to determine the level of postoperative pain syndrome.
