At children without abnormal uropathy, the nephro-urolithotomy should be performed after parathyroidectomy. The presence of occlusing stones in the urinary tract were caused frequent attacks of pyelonephritis with decreased function of blocked kidney and pain syndrome. The primary intervention should be aimed to release the kidney by removing obturating stones or high urine derivation.
