Scientific Bulletin of Namangan State University

Abstract

This article provides a general description of the in-service training system and approaches to its development. Some existing theoretical and practical models are considered to identify the main directions of professional development of preschool education leaders. The principles of education that serve to increase the effectiveness of the training process are listed. The principles of improving the model of professional development of heads of preschool educational institutions are described. The description of these principles is based on a person-centered approach that allows to improve the model of professional development.
