Scientific Bulletin of Namangan State University


For biofortification of bread wheat, some microelements and protein content in the grain composition of individual varieties were analyzed using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Also, the genomic DNA of the samples was isolated and PCR screening was performed using microsatellite markers. Markers showing polymorphism among the samples were selected for further study.
