Abstract
In this article, the main theoretical approaches of studying social stratification and the problem of inequality, moreover, the change of theories related to this matter social-philosophical thinking of the XXI century have been observed. In the article, the need of social cooperation between new social values and lays, structural community formation and the effects of globalization to social stratification have been analyzed. Strengthening of the middle class as a basis of social stability of community.
