Scientific Bulletin of Namangan State University


This article discusses staff motivation issues at the enterprise using the example of Quartz JSC. The article describes the mechanisms of effective personnel motivation in the enterprise. The article discusses the concepts of staff motivation and motivation, explores the staff motivation system, and also discusses the basic principles of staff motivation. The author in the article covers the activities of the analyzed enterprise in terms of the problem posed.
