Abstract

The article discusses a method for simultaneously determining the optical parameters of uniaxial and biaxial optical active crystals. Relations are obtained for  ,  , 1  and 2  , also the ability to calculate elliptical birefringence nЭ , elliptical dichroism  , evaluate optical activity, linear and circular birefringence of a crystal.
