Abstract

The question, whether children in preschool educations can learn English successfully, is still one of the disputable issues in education. Some talk about the extraordinary "absorbency" of the child's brain in the first years of life. Opponents retort that until the child's native speech is formalized, it is not necessary to overload him with foreign words. The choice in favor of this or that opinion can be decided only by trial. One thing is important: preschool education, including teaching English, should not consist of monotonous lessons. Teaching with the method of playing is the key to success, whether in a year old or in six years old.
