Abstract

According to the research results in this article, due to the specifics of meadow-alluvial soils with difficult ecological conditions, the seasonal activity o f the catalase enzyme is 1.65-3.09 in spring, 1.17-2.50 in summer, 1.35-2 in autumn, per 1 gram o f soil for 5 minutes o f O2 released and a close correlation (r = 0.95 - 0.99) between humus and catalase activity.
