The article discusses the pedagogical psychological features of training teachers of future preschools, the study of students' existing knowledge, professional aspirations and needs in organizing a pedagogical process to support their professional development. There is a lot of reforms in the system of pre-school education in the country, all of which are in the interests of pupils and teachers and are aimed at radically improving the quality of pre-school education.
