This article reflects on the complex features of the translators of Shakespeare’s works, in particular, despite the fact that the talented Uzbek poet Gafur Gulyam made translations of many works at different periods, the true mastery of translations of this great Uzbek poet is fully revealed in translations of Shakespeare’s compositions. We will also discuss the talent of the great Uzbek poet and translator Maksud Shaykhzade.
