The Black hole event horizon temperature was determined by using the Hamilton-Jacobi equation.Using a specific expression of temperature,we investigated the evaporation of a black hole as thermal radiation of an absolute black body, and determined the empirical expression, the dependence of the lifetime of a Black hole on its mass and the parameter of gravitational magnetic monopole. It has been shown that the presence of a gravitomagnetic monopoly parameter can lead to lifetime prolongation of the Black Hole.
