Abstract
This article discusses the development of business skills in schoolchildren in developed countries, and the gradual formation of the professional knowledge, skills and abilities required for employees of modern businesses and institutions based on the concept of 'career education'. It also reflects on students' practical skills and leadership skills, developing their creative skills and developing their own businesses by bringing students into the business world in the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and France.
