Abstract

In this article, the relationship between the main photovoltaic characteristics and the non-ideal coefficient of the photovoltaic-current characteristic (Photo VACH) of solar cells was theoretically investigated. It was determined that the coefficient of non-ideality of photo VACH has different values for different points of solar cells. Moreover, there is linear relationship at the points between the coefficient of non - ideality of photo VACH and points of PV features where the effective values finds was studied.It is shown that the photovoltaic characteristics will very strongly hang from the nonideality coefficient the short circuit determined at the point of the current and linearly hang up from the nonideality coefficient determined at the point by their effective values.
