A study of volatile compounds by the method of chromato-mass-spectral analysis of essential oils obtained by the method of hydrodistillation from the aerial parts Lophanthus schtschurowskianus collected during the period of mass flowering in the Surhandarya Boysun of the Republic of Uzbekistan was conducted. As a result of the conducted research,5 of the 33 compounds were not identified in the composition of essential oils from the studied objects, respectively
