Abstract

Useful actions of solar cells. It is shown that the results of calculations of this formula are in good agreement with experimental data. It is shown that when calculating the efficiency of solar cells from the photoWAH nonideality coefficients, this parameter exponentially depends on the nondality coefficients at the point where the photoWAX short circuit coefficient is determined and linearly correlates with the nonideality coefficient at the point where the effective power is determined
