Article Title
Abstract
The manuscript describes the effect of the mechanism of hole currency and the handholds on the mobility groove in the Hydrogenated Amorphus Silicon (a-Si:H). The photocurrent of the holes was taken by target of Vidicon device. Moreover, the boundary of the photocurrent that was determined by exact impulse regime was physically defined to obtain some information about the carriers and their energetic position on the mobility strip.Taken informations can be used to find recombination type, catch factor and improve the effectiveness of solar cells based on a-Si:H.
