Scientific Bulletin of Namangan State University


The effect of a chemical modified sulfated polysaccharide in experiments on human bloodplasma in vitro on the hemostasis system was studied. The effect of in vitro compounds with various tests on APTT, prothrombin time, and thrombin were studied. In this case, the anticoagulant activity was established. The polysaccharide in the body exhibits a combined anticoagulant effect, due to which they belong to anticoagulant and antithrombin agents.
