The scientific article describes the scientific and theoretical basis for improving the effectiveness of product competitiveness assessment on the basis of innovative measures in the construction industry. In order to increase the competitiveness of construction products, first of all, the factors influencing it are identified, the degree of impact of these factors is assessed, and suggestions and recommendations are made on how to increase product competitiveness through the success of product innovation in construction markets.
