Abstract. The article examines the key performance indicators of human capital in health care system, analyzes the formation of key performance indicators concept, also classifies its features. The using of key performance indicators as a powerful tool for the formation of human - medical capital which is accompanied by a number of problems and requires, high qualifications and experience implementing this system in health care organizations, which determined the purpose of this research.
