Abstract: Nowadays the modern global market is becoming highly competitive. So in order to be able to bear through such fierce rivalry the businesses should reinforce a sense of competition. Competition can benefit the company, employees and customers in many ways as it ensures improved facilities, higher quality products and requires mastery and innovations. For this reason, companies should understand the importance of healthy competition and be aware of ways to implement it through their business activities.
