Abstract
: The importance of Higher Education for the progress of developing countries is widely researched. Higher Education as generator of new knowledge and skills contributes to the generation of human capital for later incorporation into important sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, new technologies, or tourism. This paper considers human capital as the basis for the innovative component of the state. Investing in human capital is the most important process of investing any tangible and intangible assets that enhance qualifications and improve skills, in other words, make the workflow more efficient.
