Economics and Innovative Technologies

Informatization of society, globalization of the economy and the development of innovations require in-depth research, multifactorial analysis of the functioning, management and forecasting of economic objects in a systemic form, which corresponds to the principles of the new systemic paradigm. The article is devoted to the consideration of a new direction in economic theory - the systemic paradigm and its application in strategic planning. The disadvantages of traditional, neoclassical and evolutionary economic theory from the standpoint of strategic planning are highlighted, the advantages of the paradigm in the presentation of economic systems are considered holistically, in all interconnection and continuously in dynamics, realistically and adequately in space and time. To ensure the implementation of the actions outlined in the action plan, the implementation of the mission, vision and goals of the economic system, it is proposed to use a four-element typology when developing strategic plans, such as the Action Strategy in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
